The Academy Kirin
Once upon a time, there was a simple College of the Arts. It was simple but growing. The president of this college made the choice to hold a contest for the design of a mascot for the school. Among the students were two best friends who decided to work together to create two amazing designs to compete in this battle of pen and mouse. The first choice was simply a phoenix for it was a symbol of strength and rebirth and the second was more complicated. It was a Kirin who's symbolism ran deep. The Kirin would chose it's owner and whoever owned a Kirin would find Power and Glory and Wealth. The two best friends lost this competition and split the symbols. We both got half of each. I have put life back into my half of the Kirin. I guess the next step would be to put life back into the Pheonix.
